Abrasive Slurries

Innovative Organics manufactures a variety of water, oil and emulsion-based abrasive slurries containing aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, cerium oxide, silicon carbide, boron carbide and various forms of synthetic diamond for all types of lapping and polishing applications.  Diamond slurries are available with particles as small as 50 nm or less.  Also, the famous Amplex brand diamond compounds, suspensions and slurries are manufactured by Innovative Organics.

Polishing Pads

Innovative Organics offers various polishing pad types including the io-1000 series non-woven, textile pads (rayon and acetate fibers in a binder), io-2000 series fiber-based and resin treated (polyurethane) and io-4000 series enhanced polyurethane pads.

Polishing Slurries and Particles

Innovative Organics manufactures a variety of water, oil and emulsion-based abrasive polishing slurries containing aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, cerium oxide, silicon dioxide and various forms of synthetic diamond for all types of lapping and polishing applications.  Diamond slurries are available with particles as small as 50 nm or less.  Alumina, zirconia and diamond polishing powder are available in wide range of tightly controlled particle sizes.

Wire Slicing Vehicle

Innovative Organics manufactures wire saw vehicles for fixed diamond wire sawing and vehicles and abrasive slurries for abrasive slurry wire sawing.  The products are specially formulated for service with semiconductor and photovoltaic grade silicon ingots and hard materials such as sapphire and silicon carbide crystals.
