Nickel Substrate Polishing Accelerant
Amtron™ N8 is a synthetic, water based, polish accelerant specifically formulated for the free abrasive polishing of NiP rigid computer memory discs. When used with AmberCut™ SI series slurries, this unique accelerant is designed to enhance removal, planarization and surface finish. The Amtron N8 utilizes dispersant chemistries which substantially improves disc cleanability and pad life. The combination of Amtron N8 and AmberCut SI slurries also maximizes process yields by substantially eliminating surface defects such as micro scratching and pitting.
