AmberLube™ CK-2

Waterless Lapping Lubricant with Improved ESD

Lubricants AmberLube™ CK-2 is a lapping lubricant specifically formulated as a post lapping or final lap lubricant for computer disk read-write heads.  AmberLube CK-2 contains special additives to improve the dissipation of static charge (ESD).  This unique formula is designed to provide maximum removal rate while imparting good surface finishes.  AmberLube CK-2 also contains additives to improve cleanability and diamond dispersancy.  AmberLube CK-2 is capable of reducing pole-tip and aluminum oxide recession while eliminating corrosion of exotic alloys.  AmberLube CK-2 does not contain water and is safe for use on GMR and advanced design heads.  It is easily cleaned with conventional polar solvents or water based cleaning solutions.
