Waterless Lapping Lubricant with Improved ESD

AmberLube™ CK-1F is a lapping lubricant specifically formulated as a post lapping or final lap lubricant for computer disk read-write heads.  AmberLube CK-1F contains special additives to minimize the smearing of pole tip elements.  It also utilizes unique chemistry to facilitate the dissipation of static charge (ESD).  AmberLube CK-1F is designed to provide maximum removal rate while imparting excellent surface finishes.  AmberLube CK-1F is capable of reducing pole tip and aluminum oxide recession while eliminating corrosion of exotic alloys.  AmberLube CK-1F does not contain water and is safe for use on GMR and advanced design heads.  It is easily cleaned with conventional polar solvents or water based cleaning solutions.
