AmberGuard™ NP7

NiP Inhibitor and pH Stabilizer

Specialty Fluids AmberGuard™ NP7 is a specifically formulated corrosion inhibitor and pH stabilizer designed to provide a neutral pH (7.0) environment in low-ionic or non-ionic aqueous solutions.  This unique additive provides protection against the oxidation and corrosion of NiP and other reactive metals such as cobalt, manganese, copper and iron.  AmberGuard NP7 also contains a preservative to control bio-contamination.

 

  • Provides optimum environment for low-ionic or non-ionic aqueous solutions
  • Excellent protection against corrosion and oxidation of NiP and reactive metals
  • Will not leave films or residues
  • Contains less than 5 ppm total anion and cation contaminates
  • Does not contain hazardous solvents (no VOCs or ODSs)
