Wire SlicingAmberCut™ WS-P3Q is a ready-to-use, synthetic, wire slice vehicle specifically formulated for the free abrasive cutting of silicon or ceramic materials.  It provides superior cut rates and imparts excellent surface finishes with reduced warp and TTV.  AmberCut WS-P3Q offers superior abrasive suspension at loading rates up to 60%.  Slurries blended with AmberCut WS-P3Q have low dynamic viscosities, smooth flow properties, are water rinsable, and will not leave films or residues.  AmberCut WS-P3Q contains corrosion inhibitors to protect ferrous machine parts.  It does not contain any nitrides boron, or phosphorous.  Additionally, AmberCut WS-P3Q is biodegradable, non-hazardous and non-toxic, making it an environmentally sound alternative to oil based vehicles.
