Concentrated Silica Polishing Slurry

Abrasive Slurries The AmberCut™ SI-763A is a synthetic, water based, colloidal silica abrasive slurry specifically formulated for the free abrasive polishing of ceramic and semiconductor materials. AmberCut SI-763A utilizes specially processed silica abrasives with a mean particle size of 50nm. Its unique formula is specifically designed to enhance removal, planarization and surface finish during the entire polish process. AmberCut SI-763A exhibits excellent abrasive dispersion which results in a high level of suspension and minimal settling. It will also eliminate micro-scratching problems typically encountered in free abrasive polishing of ceramics, such as sapphire.
