Concentrated Silica Polishing Slurry

The AmberCut™ SI series are synthetic, water based, colloidal silica abrasive slurries specifically formulated for the free abrasive polishing of ceramic, optic and semiconductor materials. AmberCut SI series products utilize specially processed silica abrasives with a range of available particle sizes. Their unique formulas are specifically designed to enhance removal, planarization and surface finish during the entire polish process. They also contain additives which effectively maintain pad cleanliness and extend pad life. AmberCut SI series products exhibit excellent abrasive dispersion which results in a high level of suspension. They are also designed to eliminate micro-scratching problems typically encountered in free abrasive polishing of ceramics, such as sapphire.
