Biodegradable Lapping Lubricant

Lapping Vehicles AmberCut™  LVE 44RM is a water dilutable, synthetic lapping lubricant specifically formulated for the lapping of read/write heads.  Its formula contains unique inhibition chemistries which protect the exotic alloys used in head sensors from corrosion.  It also prevents ESD by quickly and effectively dissipating static charge build-up.  AmberCut LVE 44RM provides excellent removal rates, imparts improved surface finishes and enhances plate life.  AmberCut LVE 44RM's unique lubricant system provides the ability to prevent diamond pull out, allowing cut rates and surface finishes to remain consistent for extended periods of time.
