Biodegradable Lapping Vehicle

Lapping Vehicles AmberCut™ 658B is a water soluble, synthetic lapping vehicle specifically formulated for the free abrasive lapping of silicon wafers and other ceramic substrates.  It imparts improved surface finishes and enhances TTV and Ra values while its inhibitors prevent corrosion of the lapping plate.  AmberCut 658B has exceptional capabilities to suspend and disperse abrasive particles at low dynamic viscosities, allowing cut rates and surface finishes to remain consistent for extended periods of time.  Additionally, this unique formula is biodegradable, rinses easily with water, and will not leave films or residues.
