AmberCut™ 440

EP Metalworking Coolant  

CoolantsAmberCut™ 440 is a heavy-duty metalworking coolant that contains unique extreme pressure additives.  Specifically designed for dilution in water, AmberCut 440 forms highly stable emulsions of uniform oil droplet size to provide optimum lubricating and cooling properties under demanding conditions.  This allows AmberCut 440 to be efficiently carried to the cut zone, improving workpiece finishes and extending tool life.  The emulsion formed by AmberCut 440 in water rejects tramp oils; this combined with the highly efficient, broad-spectrum biocides contained in AmberCut 440 facilitates maximum sump life.  AmberCut 440 is recommended for heavy-duty machining of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum and titanium.  It is also recommended for Ceramic materials such as sapphire and quartz.
