Synthetic EP Metalworking Coolant  

CoolantsAmberCut™ 383B is a 100% synthetic, non-toxic biodegradable metalworking coolant containing extreme pressure additives.  AmberCut 383B combines special chemistries which resist biological growth and facilitate maximum sump life.  This highly effective formula combines a powerful corrosion protection package that prevents galvanic and dissimilar metal corrosion.  AmberCut 383B can be used as a general machining fluid for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

 

  • Extreme pressure additives provide excellent lubrication for high speed machining
  • Chemical properties enhance surface finish and extend tool life
  • Clear working solution offers excellent work piece visibility, does not become milky
  • Can be micro filtered to remove metal fines and other contaminants
  • Does not contain emulsifiers (will not emulsify oils)
  • Does not contain nitrites, sulfur, chlorine, phenols, DEA, environmentally harmful or carcinogenic compounds
