Aluminum Substrate Grinding Coolant  

AmberCut™ 339 is a synthetic, water-soluble aluminum grinding fluid specifically formulated for the fixed abrasive grinding of rigid computer memory disks.  This unique formula is designed to provide excellent removal rates, flatness, microwaviness and OD curvature.  AmberCut 339 contains chemistries specific for maintaining stone integrity, thus resulting in extended stone life, removal rate consistency and lower scratch defect rate.  It also contains a special biocide which is effective at normal dilution and does not require the tank-side addition of biocide.  AmberCut 339 is highly effective when used in a one-pass process with PVA formulated grinding stones.
