Aluminum Substrate Grinding Coolant  

AmberCut™ 331 is a synthetic, water-soluble grinding fluid specifically formulated for the fixed abrasive grinding of rigid computer memory disks. This unique formula is designed to provide excellent removal rates and flatness and evenly dispersing aluminum fines to aid in maintianing the integrity of the grinding stone while demonstrating very low foaming characteristics. AmberCut 331 is highly effective when used in a one-pass process with PVA formulated grinding stones, however, may be used in processes requiring re-circulation.
