Aluminum Substrate Grinding Coolant

AmberCut™ 330A is a synthetic, water-soluble aluminum grinding fluid specifically formulated for the fixed abrasive grinding of rigid computer memory disks. This unique formula is designed to provide excellent removal rates, flatness, microwaviness and OD curvature. AmberCut 330A contains chemistries specific for maintaining stone integrity, thus resulting in extended stone life, removal rate consistency and lower scratch defect rate. It also contains a special biocide which is effective at normal dilution and does not require the tank-side addition of biocide. AmberCut 330A is highly effective when used in a one-pass process with PVA formulated grinding stones.
