AmberClean™ 555

 

High Purity Surfactant Blend

CleanersAmberClean™ 555 is a unique high purity blend of surfactants and synthetic detergents formulated to drastically reduce surface tension and impart water break-free surfaces.  This formula is used in highly technical aqueous cleaning operations often encountered in the thin film/MR head fabrication industry, as well as other critical cleaning applications.  AmberClean 555 contains almost no anion and cation contaminants, facilitates the removal of process particulates associated with the manufacture of microelectronic components and will not leave residues or films.

 

  • Contains <5 ppm total anion and cation contaminants
  • Reduces surface tension to <20 dynes / cm at 0.2%
  • High cloud point in aqueous solutions
  • Biodegradable and poses no environmental health risks
  • Cleans combinations of process chemicals and residues effectively
  • Non-caustic, non-silicate and safe to use
  • Does not contain hazardous solvents
  • Will not leave films or residues
