AmberClean™ 527M-1

 

Aqueous Nickel Disk Cleaner

Cleaners AmberClean™ 527M-1 is a biodegradable, high performance aqueous nickel disk cleaner.  The dispersant technology utilized in AmberClean 527M-1 is designed to effectively remove silica and alumina slurries and process chemicals from nickel substrates in disk cleaning applications.  It is also formulated to flush and disperse nickel fines and process contaminants from substrate surfaces without leaving films or residues.  AmberClean 527M-1 should be diluted with deionized water for use in high pressure spray cleaning equipment.

 

  • Very low foaming for spray, scrub and ultra sonic cleaning applications
  • Effectively cleans and disperses aluminum oxide and colloidal silica slurries
